In business, it’s what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention, and choose you as their obvious choice.

In friendships and connections, it’s what creates real bonds instead of surface-level small talk.

In life, it’s what brings you into alignment with who you actually are, not some watered-down version you think you “should” be.

This isn’t about being loud or forced. It’s about being unapologetically you!

The quirks, the edges, the spark. Because when you show up that way, you attract the right people, the right opportunities, and the right energy.

And that’s exactly what this event is about: giving you the tools, the fire, and the confidence to step fully into your weird and finally own it.

Becoming an actress taught me when you feel ‘competent’ at something it can build your self-esteem but outside of being an actress I struggled with body image issues, feeling socially awkward and always felt ‘too much!’.

Like many of us I learnt to mask, to mirror and to hide the parts of me I thought wouldn’t be seen as acceptable and I created a ‘version’ of me that seemed to be palatable. But over time this made me miserable, disconnected and I got tired of my own bullsh*t.

I knew I wanted to build real self-belief and so... I got to work.

Is this just for women?
Nope, any gender can come along. We get majority women but no exclusively.
Can children come?
This isn't an event for children but I also don't want there to be a barrier to entry for anyone and as a single Mum I will always do my best to work with you. If your child is over 12 then you can definitely bring them along as long as your aware that I will swear (I'm a potty mouth, that wont change haha!)
Will I have to take part in everything?
I know that people come along nervous. Sometimes people have panic attacks, need a breather throughout the day and there is always tears.

You will be encouraged to get involved but never forced. For some just coming to the event is the win and everything else is a bonus.

I always have a space to zone out and reboot. As a neurodivergent human I also need that and I make it a safe space to listen to what you need.

If there is anything that would make it easier for you to come along then drop me a message beforehand and lets see what we can do.

I will meet you where you are and while I want you to stretch yourself out of your comfort zone you will never be made to do anything you don't want to.
I have a carer or support person can they attend
Absolutely! Of course. If you have a support worker or carer that comes with you, they come along free and you can definitely encourage them to dress up and get involved with you.

You were never 'too much' you were just in the wrong rooms. Learn to love your 'too much'-ness and embrace your full self.

For people who have outgrown hiding. You tried to people please and mould yourself into who you thought they needed but now it's time to learn to step into your powerful era and do whats right for you.

Find your voice and get brave This is a safe space to be brave and bold and to learn to stand up for you. A day to find your voice and remember how to use it.
